Booking procedure

How does it work?

1. You write a Reservation Request
Annette replies whether the room is available for the requested days and informs you about the total price.

2. You write you like to reserve the room(s) for the requested days.
Annette confirms the booking by giving you the total price and the follow-up correspondence

3. You write you will reconfirm the booking four days before arrival
Annette replies that after the reconfirming she will give you her telephone number and the written instructions about how to reach her place.

4. You reconfirm your booking four days before arrival by email.
Annette replies by giving you the promised information and wishes you a nice and safe journey.

5. You arrive at her place
Annette will welcome you, show you the room and will hand you over the keys.  After that Annette likes you to pay the total amount for the stay in cash. (because a Credit Card possibility  is a bit too expensive for a small B&B like Annette's B&B.)
