Policies location 1, brederodestraat 76-hs, hostess Annette.

Annette likes you to feel at home in her B&B, meaning if you miss or like something, please tell! From missing a new clean towel to explaining you where to find the cheapest restaurants, bakery and supermarket.  Annette will always try to help you feel comfortable.
In the Netherlands, the weather can change by hour. That weather is not included in the price. That is why Annette will take care for a comfortable temperature in the rooms and it is always possible to warm yourself up during the daytime.

Annette is a heavy smoker herself and that is why smoking is allowed in the B&B. On the other hand, Annette understands you need fresh air to breath, which means she will regurarly freshen up the total environment  of the house.
The policies on a row:
1. There is no minimum stay required, but requests for longer stays will be preferred.
2. Smoking is allowed.
3. Annette doesn’t use a curfew. Just try to be silent when you come home for not waking up the other guests.
4. Annette cannot accommodate guest pets, because Fanti (the small dog) and Apie (the big fat cat) already live in the house
5. Unfortunately, the accommodations are not suitable for children (Annette loves children, but there is no playing space!)
